Gov't to Import 100 Thousand Tons of Buffalo Meat

medcom.id, Jakarta: The government plans to import 100 thousand tons of buffalo meat until June 2017.
 
"We will import 100 thousand tons of buffalo meat," Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution said here on Tuesday (9/13/2016).
 
"70 thousand tons until the end of this year. 30 thousand tons for Ramadan and Lebaran next year," he continued.

The government also plans to import 700 thousand feeder cattle until the end of 2017.
 
"We will prepare the cattle farms," Darmin stated.
