medcom.id, Jakarta: According to Bloomberg, rupiah strengthened against United States (US) dollar on Wednesday (2/24/2016) afternoon at Rp13,411/USd compared to its position in the opening at Rp13,443/USD.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed rupiah at Rp13,400/USD. Jakarta Interbank spot Dollar Rate (Jisdor) recorded the currency at Rp13,446/USD.
Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) also moved to the green zone today. The stock market strengthened 3.668 points or 0.079 percent to 4,657.
Trade volume reached 4.19 billion shares worth Rp4.9 trillion. 134 stocks increased, 125 stocks decreased and 103 stocks unchanged.
