medcom.id, Jakarta: Vice President Jusuf Kalla praised the economic growth in the third quarter of 2016. The economic growth reached 5.02 percent in the period.
"Five percent is great," said Kalla in Jakarta on Tuesday (11/8).
Kalla said the economic growth will be higher in the fourth quarter. He explained government spending will be better by the end of the year.
"Government spending will boost household consumption," he continued.
Previously, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded the economic growth in January-September 2016 reached 5.04 percent.
