medcom.id, Jakarta: Rupiah opened at Rp13,252 per United States (US) dollar on Thursday (3/3/2016) according to Bloomberg, stronger than its previous position at Rp13,301/USD.
Yahoo Finance showed rupiah opened at Rp13,250/USD.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened at 4,856. The stock market increased 20.48 points or 0.4 percent.
The increase this morning led by infrastructure with 6.87 points and agriculture with 5.19 points while manufacturing and consumer were in the red zone.
Trade volume reached 797 million shares worth Rp852 billion. 148 stocks increased, 44 stocks decreased and 80 stocks unchanged.
