medcom.id, Jakarta: President Joko Widodo opened the Indonesia-Korea Business summit at Shangri La Hotel in Central Jakarta on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
"South Korea is the third largest investor in Indonesia," he said.
The forum was attended by Industry Minister Airlangga Hartarto, the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Thomas Lembong and the Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) Triawan Munaf.
The forum was also attended by Samsung CEO JK Shin, Posco chairman Kwon Oh-Joon and S&M Entertainment chairman Lee Soo-Man.
"South Korea is popular with K-Pop, while Indonesia is rich in culture," he mentioned.
"We can have mutually beneficial cooperation," he added.
