medcom.id, Jakarta: The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has announced that inflation reached 0.42 percent month-to-month and 3.02 percent year-on-year in December 2016.
"78 cities experienced inflation," BPS chairman Suhariyanto said here on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
"Only four cities experienced deflation," Suhariyanto continued.
Furthermore, core inflation reached 0.23 percent month-to-month and 3.07 percent year-on-year last month.
"Annual inflation reached 3.02 percent in 2016. It reached 3.35 percent in 2015," Suhariyanto stated.
