medcom.id, Jakarta: Several ministers and high-ranking officials conducted a meeting at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs headquarters this afternoon (10/4).
The meeting was attended by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution, acting Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and Industry Minister Airlangga Hartarto.
It was also attended by Pertamina president director Dwi Soetjipto, SKK Migas head Amien Sunaryadi and the Energy Ministry's oil and gas director general IGN Wiratmadja Puja.
"We will discuss gas price structure. We will explore options to lower gas prices," Wiratmaja said before the meeting.
Gas prices in Indonesia are currently around USD9-10 mmbtu. The prices are higher compared to other ASEAN countries.
