medcom.id, Jakarta: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is confident the Indonesian economy can grow by 5.2 percent in the second semester of 2017.
The country's economic growth will be influenced by rising commodity prices. It will also be affected by government economic strategies.
"Coal and copper exports will be fine. Commodity exports will be fine," said ADB economict Priasto Aji in Central Jakarta on Tuesday afternoon.
"Physical investments will be supported by infrastrcuture projects. Nonphysical investments will be supported by commodity-based manufacturing activities," he added.
The country's economic growth stood at 5.01 percent in the first semester of 2017. It stood at 4.98 percent in the second semester of 2016.
