medcom.id, Jakarta: Bloomberg data showed rupiah rose 14 points or 0.1 percent to Rp13,617/USD on Tuesday (2/2/2016) morning. The currency moved between RP13,610-Rp13,656/USD.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed rupiah rose 5 points or 0.04 to Rp13,610/USD.
Samuel Sekuritas analyst, Rangga Cipta, said rupiah's rise could be hampered by fluctuated oil prices.
"Oil prices hike has stopped which could prevent rupiah's rise," he said.
