medcom.id, Jakarta: According to Bloomberg, rupiah was at Rp13,381 per United States (US) dollar on Friday (2/26/2016) afternoon, slightly stronger than its position in the opening at Rp13,394/USD.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed the currency at Rp13,375/USD. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dolar Rate (Jisdor) recorded the currency at Rp13,400/USD.
Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) on Friday (2/26/2016) rose 74.82 points or 1.6 percent to 4,733 while LQ45 rose 16.89 points and JII increased 12.69 points to 636.
Most sectors were in the green zone except for agriculture sector that declined 15.68 points. The highest increase recorded by consumer goods sector with 44.64 points.
Trade volume reached 4.03 billion shares worth Rp4.8 trillion. 181 stocks increased, 107 stocks decreased and 99 stocks unchanged.
