medcom.id, Jakarta: PT Pertamina has proposed to the government to increase subsidized fuel prices in October.
Pertamina marketing and trade director Ahmad Bambang explained his company recorded loss for the past few months. Previously, the government decided to maintain subsidized fuel prices for six months from April to September.
"We recorded loss in July and August," Ahmad said here on Wednesday (9/7/2016).
"It depends on the government," he continued.
Currently, premium gasoline price is Rp6,450 per liter, while diesel fuel price is Rp5,150 per liter.
