Dalam kategori drama terbaik, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay bersaing dengan Flower of Evil. Para pemeran dalam kedua drama tersebut juga masuk dalam nominasi pemeran pria terbaik, yaitu Kim Soo Hyun dan Lee Joon Gi.
