Jakarta: Indonesia's Covid-19 Handling Task Force on Monday reported 8,692 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Indonesia to 836,718.
From Sunday noon until Monday noon, the total number of recovered coronavirus patients in the country increased by 7,715 to 688,739.
Within the same period, Indonesia's official covid-19 death toll was up by 214 to 24,343.
