Jakarta: President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo officially handed over the draft 2021 state budget and its financial notes to the House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker Puan Maharani on Friday.
Macroeconomic indicators that are the basis for calculating the draft 2021 state budget are economic growth of 4.5-5.5 percent, inflation rate of three percent, the exchange rate of the Rupiah against the US Dollar of Rp14,600.
"Next year's economic is expected to be supported by household consumption and investment as its main drivers," President Jokowi said.
In addition, interest rate of 10-year SBN is assumed to reach 7.29 percent, wile Indonesia's crude oil price is assumed to reach USD45 per barrel.
"Petroleum lifting is assumed to reach 705 thousand barrels per day, while atural gas lifting is expected to reach 1,007,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day," President Jokowi stated.
According to him, the government revenues are set at Rp1,776.4 trillion, while the government expenditures are set at Rp2,747.5 trillion.
"The budget deficit is expected to reach Rp971.2 trillion or 5.5 percent of GDP," President Jokowi added.
