The 11 clusters cover simplification of licensing procedures, investment requirements, manpower, ease in obtaining permits for empowerment and protection of MSMEs, ease of doing business, research support and innovation, government administration, imposition of sanctions, land procurement, investment and government projects, and economic zones.
It is designed to strengthen the national economy through the improvement of investment ecosystem and competitiveness, particularly in the midst of global uncertainty and economic slowdown.
